3000 FASTag Yearly pass details

₹3,000 FASTag Annual Pass: A Big Update (June 2025)

The Government of India has announced a new FASTag annual pass that promises to make highway travel smoother, faster, and more economical. The FASTag annual pass will be launched on August 15, 2025.

On June 18, 2025, India took a major step toward smarter mobility. The Honourable Minister for Road Transport and Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari announced a new initiative under the FASTag policy, aimed at simplifying intercity travel and enhancing the efficiency of toll collection nationwide.

This update not only promises smoother highway experiences but also aligns with the government’s push for digitization in road infrastructure. Whether you’re a daily commuter or a long-distance traveller, the new scheme is designed to save time, reduce congestion, and make cashless travel the new norm.

What is the ₹3,000 FASTag Annual Pass?

₹3,000 FASTag Annual Pass

This scheme offers a single recharge of ₹3,000—covering up to 200 highway trips or a full year, whichever comes first.

Key Benefits:

1. Premium convenience: No need for frequent FASTag top-ups—perfect for owners of private vehicles who expect nothing less than frictionless journeys.

2. Significant savings: Average toll cost drops to about ₹15 per trip, offering up to 70% savings on regular toll fees.

3. Ideal for frequent travellers: Whether it’s a business trip or a weekend getaway, the pass ensures your journey stays as refined as your car.

Where Does It Work?

  • Valid at over 1,057 NHAI-operated toll plazas across India’s national highways and expressways.
  • Not valid at toll booths on state highways, municipal tolls, or private expressways (e.g., Yamuna Expressway).

How It Works

  • One entry + exit = 1 trip on closed toll routes (like the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway).
  • Each crossing = 1 trip at open toll plazas.
  • Valid for private, non-commercial vehicles—from a standard hatchback to your top-tier luxury saloon or SUV.
  • Activate via your existing FASTag—no need for new hardware.
  • Manage your pass via the Rajmarg Yatra App, NHAI website, or MoRTH portal.
  • Receive SMS alerts on usage, ensuring transparency and control.

Who Should Consider This?

  • Private car owners who frequent highways and demand a premium travel experience without the delays of manual toll payments.
  • Business travellers regularly commute between cities.
  • Families and enthusiasts who value both savings and convenience.

At Motozite, we believe this scheme perfectly complements the ease, efficiency, and elegance that premium vehicle owners expect.
